With the powerful support from HI-LO engineering team and over 200 sets of automated programming systems, HI-LO Programming Center is able to offer comprehensive and also competitive solutions for device programming, marking, taping & reeling, baking and dry packing, etc., including special request of customized devices programming and packing.

This Center has been ISO-9001 and TS16949 certified. Assisting by ERP real-time management control system, all programming processes and operations are under severe control. The optimum programming quality, yield and efficiency are sustained very well. Programming Center is capable of offering programming service over 500K units daily. Since we develope necessary technology by ourselves and work with key IC manufacturers at very early stage, HI-LO already become the most important programming service provider in the market.
